CONFIDENCE IS THE KEY FOR INVESTIGATION

As an investigator, I face challenges on a daily basis. I have to disguise myself according to the demand of the case. It was just days after I joined as an investigator, I received a case for property investigation where I was provided only with the address. I was asked to check if the property was under construction and also, the name of the person to whom the property was registered.

The first thing while investigating is to observe the location and infer the situations that can happen during the process. I dressed up as a woman to look older than I actually am and reached at the location. The society was not well maintained. I went to the assigned flat in the society which looked deserted. I carefully tried to open the door to check if it was locked as no sound was heard from outside. Luckily, the door was not locked and I got access to the poorly constructed flat which was yet to be finished. I made full video of the flat to prove the condition of the flat to my client.

For the owner details, I went to the maintenance office and stated that I talked to a broker named Amit (Amit, being a common name) regarding the sale of that particular flat but the broker is not letting me talk to the owner. Therefore, I would require the name for my confidence. Although the person sitting there had no details present with him but he gave me the number of the broker whose name was Amit. I went to the marketing office stating the same and the manager sitting there got confirmed about my contact with Amit from the genuine number I received from the maintenance office and eventually provided me with the required details.
